TEAM work, makes the DREAM work!
The felicitation of facilitators and mentors from all branches of Excellencia Colleges. CBSE Schools indeed echoed in the heart of Arithri Campus (Girls Residential Junior College, Abdullahpurmettu Mandal, RR Dist.) on the pre-eve celebrations of Teacher’s Day, to appreciate the merits and contributions of individual faculty members of team Excellencia. The program was an effort towards team building as a powerful catalyst to boost morale, improve interactions, and establish a culture of collaboration.
Mr. Venkat Muriki, Director, Excellencia Colleges.CBSE Schools, graced the occasion. He paid his tributes to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the pioneer and legend of educational philosophy and shared his academic and teaching journey with humble beginnings and re-iterated the role of mentors, who guided him to the spirit and values, that he beholds for the organisation, even today.
Director sir, also shared his opinion on how experience cannot be the determining yardstick for measuring the potential of an employee and highlighted the importance of delegating important roles to faculty members who bring fresh ideas to the table, have a new perspective on things, and put their all into the tasks you give them. He shared his belief of long-term associations and commitments, as deciding factors, for holding significant roles in the hierarchy.
Mr. Venkat Muriki also emphasized the importance of physical and mental well-being for educators and felicitated Mr. Abilash K Jose, for his recent achievements at Hyderabad Marathon,2023. He shared his vision of promoting sports and physical activities to rejuvenate mind, body and spirit, for all staff and faculty at Excellencia.
Centre heads and stakeholders from all branches of Junior colleges and CBSE school, shared their profound teaching journey with Excellencia and expressed their gratitude to Director sir, for his strong leadership skills that permits independence, creativity, and job satisfaction in the organisational set-up.
The message was clearly evident, how effective habits, quality systems, leadership support and HARD WORK are at the foundations of Excellencia, teamwork of 700 employees from newly appointed to seasoned professionals illuminating pathways for more than 5000 students.
The team had light jovial moments with short humorous insights from shared personal narratives. Tokens of appreciation and scrumptious team lunch and snacks were delightful moments of admiration and respite, within the family.
We extend our greetings to individuals, vendors and organisations who have co-partnered in our educational journey, towards excellence, as well as members from parent community, who have been shouldering significant roles in educational organisations and set-ups as mentors and guides, for the youth of our country.
